1. How do I create a QR Code?
Sign up or log in to your account
Go to the "Create QR" page
Enter your URL or content
Choose a design (optional)
Click “Generate” and download your QR Code
2. Do I need to register to use the service?
You can create basic QR codes without registering. But to save, manage, or track your codes, you'll need to create an account.
3.What types of QR codes can I create?
You can create QR codes for:
URLs
Text
PDF
WhatsApp numbers
Wi-Fi
vCards (Contact info)
Social Media

4.1. How do I change my password?
Go to your dashboard → Settings → Change Password.
4.2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Log In” → “Forgot Password” and follow the steps.
4.3. How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in → Go to “Billing” section → Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.

5.1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
5.2. Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Go to your dashboard → Billing → Invoices.
5.3. Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are non-refundable. In rare cases, refunds may be considered. Please contact us using the contact form.
6. Tracking & Analytics
6.1. Can I track how many times my QR code is scanned?
Yes, if you are using a dynamic QR code. Go to your dashboard to view scan statistics.
6.2. What is a dynamic QR code?
Dynamic QR codes can be updated even after they are printed. You can track scans and change the destination link anytime.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. My QR code is not scanning. What should I do?
Make sure it’s clear and high resolution
Check the contrast between the code and the background
Avoid placing the QR code on reflective surfaces
7.2. I didn’t receive my confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, try resending from the login page or contact us.
